Mindful Movemend was born from the understanding that true transformation begins in the body — not the mind. Founded by Jules Horn, a former fashion model turned somatic practitioner, this work blends fascia release, breathwork, and nervous system rewiring into a living practice of embodiment.

Each course inside Mindful Movemend is designed to help you reconnect with your body’s intelligence — to unwind old tension, release stored emotion, and restore natural flow. These aren’t quick fixes or surface-level exercises. They’re guided experiences that teach you how to listen again: to your breath, your fascia, your truth.
