What is Somatic Therapy with Jules?
I guide people through a powerful blend of fascia release, breathwork, emotional processing, and movement-based alignment to help them regulate their nervous system, release stored trauma, and reconnect to their body.
I don’t follow trends, I don’t teach one method. I combine what works, based on deep embodiment, years of study, and walking through my own healing.
This isn’t talk therapy, it’s a full-body transformation through somatic therapy.

Meet Jules Horn
I used to chase perfection, on magazine covers, fashion runways, and the world’s biggest stages. For over a decade, I modeled for brands like Louis Vuitton and worked with top photographers and magazines. But beneath the surface, I was disconnected, from myself, from my body, and from the truth of who I was.
Everything changed when I broke, physically, mentally, emotionally. That breakdown became my breakthrough.
I went inward. I studied the body, breath, fascia, energy, and trauma. I experimented. I healed. And I built a system from everything that worked, rooted in biology, not theory. No fluff. No performance. Just deep, real transformation through the body.
Today, I guide people back to themselves. Through fascia release, somatic exercises to release trauma, breathwork, and nervous system rewiring, I help people release what’s been stored for years and return to the truth: that healing is possible. And it starts in the body.
