Meet Jules Horn
I used to chase perfection, on magazine covers, fashion runways, and the world’s biggest stages. For over a decade, I modeled for brands like Louis Vuitton and worked with top photographers and magazines. But beneath the surface, I was disconnected, from myself, from my body, and from the truth of who I was.
Everything changed when I broke, physically, mentally, emotionally. That breakdown became my breakthrough.
I went inward. I studied the body, breath, fascia, energy, and trauma. I experimented. I healed. And I built a system from everything that worked, rooted in biology, not theory. No fluff. No performance. Just deep, real transformation through the body.
Today, I guide people back to themselves. Through fascia release, somatic exercises to release trauma, breathwork, and nervous system rewiring, I help people release what’s been stored for years and return to the truth: that healing is possible. And it starts in the body.

Hello Jules , after 3 weeks of settlement I am able to share what I’ve noticed or changed . First of all I sleep sleep sleep deeper and wake up earlier . Every time I use the facial sessions I see my face is changing looking more defined and younger but the most important is that I feel more connected to myself more at ease and the things that use to bother me ( work & bullying ) have nearly no impact more on me . Thank you for the session on Saturday. I noticed some techniques were far more effective than others, which makes sense because we all likely have unique stressors and responses in our bodies. The rest of that day I felt more relaxed and at peace, but I the physical effects were not long lasting. I would need to repeat the process over and over to gain more permanent results I think.
One thing I did want to mention: I believe your approach is very accepting and easy-going, but it was a little jarring to be asked to “thank god for …”
Your program will work for anyone regardless of sex, race, ability, sexuality, beliefs, etc. At the time I changed the wording in my mind and said something neutral.
Of course you are free to run your groups and community any way you feel is appropriate, and I would like to take advantage of your generous discount for Mindful Movemend, but that is my concern; I don’t need references to God or religion while trying to achieve fascia and emotional release. It’s not necessary.

I sat down to watch the replay on 3 successive nights, and managed to watch the first 50 minutes on the first sitting. I felt an immediate sense of calm after doing each of the first few fascial releases and I noticed that the next morning (after the first sitting) I was guided to drink a lot more water than what I usually do. So I’m thinking my body was flushing out a lot of toxicity just from those first few manoeuvres? Amazing! I love your approach and the demonstrations are easy to follow. And I can replay the recording whenever I like. Thank you Jules, I’m definitely following your work from now on!

What exactly is fascia, and why is it important in healing?
Fascia is your body’s connective tissue network. It surrounds muscles, nerves, and organs. Is this a fitness program?
No. This is a healing-focused movement membership, not a workout plan. It’s gentle, trauma-informed, and built around nervous system safety, fascia release, and emotional regulation. Perfect for those recovering from burnout, chronic pain, or trauma.
Do I need to be flexible or physically fit to join?
Not at all. These practices are intentionally slow and accessible, created for real bodies in all seasons of life. Whether you’re brand new to movement or returning after pain or injury, you’re welcome here.
