What we keep, and why
Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Mindful Movemend ("we," "us") collects when you use mindfulmovemend.com, portal.mindfulmovemend.com, our mobile app, and the membership (the "Service"), and how we handle it. The short version: we collect only what we need to run the membership, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it.
1. What we collect
- What you give us: your name and email when you join the newsletter, a waitlist, or a free guide; your account details when you become a member; anything you post in the community; messages you send us.
- Payment details: handled directly by our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal, via Kajabi). We see that you paid and your plan — never your full card number.
- Automatically: like most websites, our hosting and platform providers log basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the Service secure and working.
2. How we use it
- To provide the membership — your account, your access, live class invitations.
- To send you what you asked for — the newsletter, waitlist updates, free guides — and occasional emails about Mindful Movemend. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.
- To respond when you write to us.
- To keep the Service secure and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
3. Who helps us run the Service
Your information is processed by the providers that power the Service, under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Kajabi — membership platform, courses, email, checkout
- Stripe and PayPal — payment processing
- Netlify — website hosting
- Google — reCAPTCHA (protects our forms from spam) and web fonts
Forms on this site are protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
4. Cookies
We keep cookies to the minimum needed for the Service to function — things like keeping you logged in to the member portal and spam protection. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on our site.
5. How long we keep information
We keep your information while you have an account or subscription with us, and for as long as needed afterward for legitimate purposes like records and legal obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link in any email.
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information — email us at support@mindfulmovemend.com and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California), these may also be legal rights, and we honor them regardless.
- Cancel your membership anytime from your account settings.
7. Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or inside the Service.
